Attached and outlined in red are a couple of areas we are having a problem 
with on the new I-9 form.

The first area is the employee address.  Do not use a P. O. Box address.  This 
is not allowed.

The second area is the top of the second page.  In the field below Section 2 
introduction, employers MUST enter the last name, first name and middle 
initial, if any, that the employee entered in Section 1.  This will help to identify 
the pages of the form should they get separated.
