Attached and outlined in red are a couple of areas we are having a problem with on the new I-9 form. The first area is the employee address. Do not use a P. O. Box address. This is not allowed. The second area is the top of the second page. In the field below Section 2 introduction, employers MUST enter the last name, first name and middle initial, if any, that the employee entered in Section 1.
