Everyone is invited to join the East Tennessee Chapter, Society of Professional Journalists, in exploring new laws affecting Freedom of Information. The discussion will be at the chapter's meeting Thursday evening, April 16. Speakers will be Tom Chester, assistant managing editor, Knoxville News-Sentinel; Herb Moncier, Knoxville attorney; and Margie Nichols, news director, WBIR-TV. Moderator is Dr. Dorothy Bowles, professor of journalism, UTK.
