Good afternoon!

Since March 2023, Institutional Effectiveness has been communicating to the campus community about our transition from Anthology to HelioCampus for program assessment reporting. As part of this transition, users will lose access to all program assessment reports within Anthology beginning October 15, 2023. Rest assured, these reports are being saved and will be moved into the HelioCampus platform as soon as Institutional Effectiveness is able to process the data.

However, if you’d like to pull reports for your own local use, you may do so at your earliest convenience until 10/15. Here are a few quick “How-To” videos to guide you through pulling reports in Anthology from 2021-2022 and earlier:

  *   Viewing your assessment report<https://utk.instructuremedia.com/embed/1988df04-e4c5-42e9-a2fd-84336c01b4f5>
  *   Exporting, printing, or sharing a report<https://utk.instructuremedia.com/embed/45254041-abf8-48a0-9213-864bb90845b4>

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Take care,

As a member of the UT community, I acknowledge the Tsalagi people (now the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians) and the Tsoyaha people (Yuchi and Muscogee Creek), who are the Indigenous custodians of the land upon which we work and live, and recognize their continuing connection to the land, water, and air that UT consumes each day. As a land grant university, we collectively pay our respects to these Nations, and to their elders past, present, and emerging. I also know that land acknowledgements are a necessary but insufficient approach to indigenous liberation and sovereignty.
