Hi folks!

Sorry for all the E-Rate program messages lately, but there are quite a few deadlines, updates and changes coming this month, so here are some final reminders from USAC!  You can always view USAC announcements here - https://www.usac.org/e-rate/resources/announcements/

Also, be sure you subscribe to the E-Rate News Brief (always full of helpful information and reminders) here - https://www.usac.org/e-rate/learn/news-brief/.

Deadline for invoicing (BEAR  - FCC Form 472) for FY22 is Monday, Oct. 30thIf you need to file for an invoice extension, directions are available in the Sept. 21st News Brief or in my email sent on 10/3/23.

Deadline for filing the FCC Form 486 for most of you for FY23 is also Monday, Oct. 30th.  My apologies, as I think I said that was Oct. 31st in a previous email.  It is NOT the 31stIf you do appear to be late in filing, USAC sends a notification reminder to the contact person listed on the FCC Form 471 and you will have 15 days after the date of the letter to get the FCC Form 486 certified without penalty.  This notification can also be seen in your News feed in the EPC portal as well.  But, please don’t wait to file this.  Go ahead and file it by Oct. 30th!
