Hello GeogSust Undergrads!

I have received some funding for an undergraduate research assistant for the spring 2024 semester. I have a few projects that include urban agriculture in Kenya (more GIS focused) and wineries in South Africa (more human-environment interaction focused) that I need help with.

For this funding, you must be a first-generation college student OR federal Pell Grant eligible AND be either a major or a minor in the Department of Geography & Sustainability. If you are eligible and are interested, please let me know by close of business on Halloween (next Tuesday October 31st). I am really excited to have undergraduate funding for these projects, so please reach out to me and share with your friends!

Best,
Hannah
