Following an overview of mixed method designs appropriate for family research, the presentation will focus on visual display and data transformation strategies used for data integration, incorporating examples from published family research as well as the presenter’s past and ongoing research. She is a nationally recognized expert in family and mixed-methods research whose work has focused on family response to childhood chronic conditions.
