Greetings Colleagues, I hope your summer has been going well! As I'm sure we all realize, Fall semester is quickly approaching. Therefore, I wanted to send out some information regarding the submission of the 2022-2023 program assessment reports: 1. Thanks to some valuable faculty feedback, the deadline has been revised since last year. Reports are now due September 22nd, a week later than previous years. 2. UTK has also moved to a new assessment management system! The HelioCampus<https://ie.utk.edu/heliocampus-rollout/> site is up and running, and Ashley Browning (Compliance System Specialist) is currently training report writers on how to enter information. The training schedule can be found here.<https://ie.utk.edu/heliocampus-outcomes-assessment-training-schedule/> Please also note the drop-in sessions scheduled for September 20th, 21st, and 22nd for report writers who may need in-person assistance entering information. Additionally, report writers (called "Program Coordinators" within HelioCampus) should have received an email last week with a link to enter reports. Please let Ashley Browning ([log in to unmask]) know if you are a report writer/Program Coordinator and did not receive that email. 3. With the creation of a campus Institutional Effectiveness office late last year, the assessment resources page was moved and can now be found here. <https://ie.utk.edu/program-assessment/> Typically, the Guide to Program Assessment and the Top 10 Considerations When Writing & Reviewing an Assessment Report are most useful for report writers. 4. If there are any questions about report content or if you would like a draft reviewed, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. In addition to email ([log in to unmask]), I'm happy to talk via phone or set up a meeting! Besides assisting in finalizing annual reports, I'd like to stress that I'm also available to discuss any future assessment plans your respective programs are considering. This can happen at any point; in other words, it does not have to wait until the 2022-2023 report is submitted! No assessment challenge is too big or too small to talk through.
