If you enjoyed Dr. Cre Dye’s yoga sunrise classes at FWCA, and identify as a Black or African American woman, consider signing up her upcoming research project – The Black Women Well - A Mental Health Wellness Model research study for Black Women. Collected data centered on the strengths, dreams, hopes and wisdom of the women will be used to examine, center, and inform practices and theory of Black Women’s healing and to contribute to humanizing research and healing practices of theory in a departure of blackness as unwell.
