Consistent with the University’s land grant mission, adult, organizational learning, and leadership (AOLL) faculty
responsibilities include teaching, advising, scholarship, university service, and leadership. The AOLL program offers online: an M.S. degree, and Ed.D., and Ph.D. specialization. The clinical assistant faculty position is required to teach a minimum of three
graduate-level courses in the online AOLL program per semester. Summer online graduate-level teaching opportunities are optional. The faculty member will advise master’s students, mentor and lead research projects for doctoral students in a research apprenticeship,
serve on committees, and attend program, department, or college-level meetings and events. The faculty member is eligible to work remotely with some required in-person attendance for new faculty orientation or college-level meetings. This position is a two-year
appointment.
Required Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Adult, Organizational, Learning and Leadership or related field (e.g., Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, Leadership, Human Resource Development, Instructional Design and Curriculum, Higher Education, Student
Affairs, Organizational Leadership, Organization Development)

Evidence of working with students conducting and leading research projects or relevant experience.

Evidence of excellent teaching, advising, leadership and service in higher education settings or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Ability to teach organization development, human resource development, instructional design and curriculum, research methods, or adult education theory and practice courses.

Experience teaching and advising graduate students.

Experience mentoring doctoral students in research projects.

Publication of peer reviewed research.

Experience with online instruction, designing courses, and curriculum.
