To clarify the email below email, the statement “Once they have completed Elevator #2, there will be a brief outage to install the hall call hardware.” This will be a brief outage of both passenger elevators. There will not an electrical
outage. We will notify everyone before this occurs.

We have just received word that the upgrade package installation for the passenger elevators at Science and Engineering will begin on Monday, 6/19/23. They will begin on Elevator #1. When it is completed they will start on Elevator #2.
This will keep one elevator running at all times. Once they have completed Elevator #2, there will be a brief outage to install the hall call hardware. We will keep you updated on when this will occur.
