[University of Tennessee Knoxville] Office of the Provost [https://d31hzlhk6di2h5.cloudfront.net/20230421/55/c0/28/3c/d80eb622e88af4dfd4ab1733_420x286.jpg] In an effort to provide UT faculty and staff a more effective assessment management resource, members of the campus assessment community participated in an RFP process this past fall to review available options for an assessment management platform. The RFP committee consisted of Ashley Browning, Ashley Charsha, Heather Hartman, Michael McFall, and Elizabeth Pemberton in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness; Denise Gardner in the Office of Institutional Research and Strategic Analysis; Melissa Brown and Noelia Pacheco Diaz in Student Life Assessment and Strategic Initiatives; Virginia Stormer in Teaching and Learning Innovation; and Chuck Collins and Barbara Murphy in the College of Arts and Sciences. As a result of this process, UT's Office of Institutional Effectiveness is excited to announce a new partnership with HelioCampus. The HelioCampus platform provides a much more streamlined, seamless experience with more robust reporting options. The new HelioCampus platform will host student learning outcomes assessment for the 2023-2024 academic year. In spring 2023, UT will begin the migration to HelioCampus from the Anthology (formerly Campus Labs) suite of products. Orientation sessions will be available, beginning in May 2023, to demonstrate how to leverage these new solutions. The Assessment Steering Committee will be supporting faculty through the transition with orientation workshops, user guides, and other resources.
