Hi Jacques, Joe, and Leon, 

The dates should work for me and I will plan to be there. I won't have any projects on Rv that will be far enough along to present though, I have been working more on snake pathogens because those collaborations have been more fruitful with funding. 

I will encourage my students to attend, but it is unlikely that they will have projects far along to participate in the conference. We are just working on some genetics stuff.

Thank you for organizing this! Please let me know if you have any help, I am happy to do the abstracts booklet etc.

Dear GRC members,

Unfortunately, we had to postpone the in-person conference planned for this August in Pittsburg. The number of people able to attend those dates were not sufficient to cover the costs of the conference. However, in accordance with the wishes of the majority of GRC members, we are happy to announce that we will be organizing a virtual 2023 GRC meeting for this Fall.

We plan to have this meeting span a day or a day and a half over the weekend of October 7th (and 8th), 2023.

At this time, we would greatly appreciate feedback from all of you regarding your availability and willingness to participate in a virtual meeting held on those days.

For this purpose we would appreciate if could answer the 3 following questions by email to [log in to unmask]

1.      Is the date convenient?
2.      Do you plan to participate?
3.      Will have you student(s) participating?
