There’s a grant available through FINRA, which is an investor education foundation for both public and academic libraries. Here’s a bit of info from their site:
https://www.finrafoundation.org/people-we-help/library-grants-program
Purpose: This grant program supports public libraries and academic libraries in their efforts
to meet financial and/or investor education needs at the community level by providing high-quality education, services, and resources. The program also aims to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in access to personal finance education and information.
Eligibility: Eligibility to apply for this grant is limited to U.S. public libraries and academic libraries at U.S. state or nonprofit higher
education institutions. This is a competitive grant program. Submission of a grant application does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded.
Please note, that there is a partner requirement. I have been contacted by the Tennessee Financial Literacy Commission that they are happy to be that project partner for any library that applies in Tennessee. Their site is:

Happy applying!
