Hi Wendy,

I've not been disappointed for the most part, but recently there was a service interruption with the courier service they brokered because their pickup person took a needed vacation to see his family. We were told that they would send a backup substitute to collect our ILLs, but no one came for roughly a 2 week period.

That has been the only major concern I've had recently with Firefly, but this could have more to do with their contractor and the difficulty finding licensed drivers due to the market.
