Effective immediately, the current, paper/pdf Enrollment Certification Form will no longer be accepted to certify VA benefits with the Veterans Success Center. If you have already been certified for Fall 22, you do not need to resubmit. This link will be available on our website via veterans.utk.edu<http://veterans.utk.edu> and via a QR Code in the Veterans Success Center. You will be required to complete the form in its entirety and must wait until you are registered for classes before submitting. If you are not registered, the form will be returned. Again, if you have already been certified, you will not need to resubmit until you are registered for SP 23. You will have the capability to upload a certificate of eligibility (if applicable) to the electronic form by selecting New to UTK. Remember, we only need the COE 1 time while using benefits.
