Dear Colleagues, As the Fall semester approaches, the Assessment Steering Committee (ASC) would like to issue a reminder that the 2021-2022 programmatic assessment reports will be due by Thursday, September 15th. To assist in finalizing the reports, our resources<https://sacs.utk.edu/resources/> page features a Guide to Program Assessment and the Program Assessment Training Site. Both offer details on each step of the assessment cycle and directions for navigating the Planning Module. For a quicker refresher, the Top 10 Considerations When Writing & Reviewing an Assessment Report is available. Finally, the Institutional Meta-Assessment Rubric, which is used to evaluate every programmatic assessment report, is featured on the resources page for your reference. Help from ASC members is also an option. Ashley Charsha, Assessment Analyst ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) is available to answer any questions about writing the report. Ashley Browning, Compliance System Coordinator ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>), can answer questions regarding where to enter information within the Planning Module, as well as to troubleshoot any issues in accessing the system. Finally, either Ashley is available to look over your report once it is entered into the Planning Module to determine if there is any missing information. Finally, dates and times for August and September drop-in help sessions will be announced within the next couple of weeks. Please let us know how we can be of further assistance.
