Hi –

If you are looking at your library’s HeritageQuest usage, you may notice that it doesn’t exist for the last two months. It’s not just you! Unfortunately, usage is not available for the individual level for those month but it has been fixed going forward.

Statement from ProQuest -

ProQuest has identified an issue with HeritageQuest consortium member usage for April and May. All usage numbers appear to roll up to the consortium account only and, it appears, are not captured at the member level. We applied a fix to the usage reporting system on June 1st that will correct the issue going forward. Unfortunately we do not have a way of correcting the April and May data. We are still identifying the scope of the issue and will have more information next week. We are very sorry for the loss of data and the inconvenience this causes.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks to Tyler from Johnson City Public Library for bringing this to my attention!

Thanks,

Andrea
