Hello all - Our Extension administration is reviewing our current career ladder structure looking to find ways to build in state level responsibilities for Educators by possibly adding another level or modifying an existing level. If any of you have a career ladder that includes state level responsibilities (example, a leader for national land judging) would you mind sharing your structure? Otherwise, how does your Extension build in the expectation or opportunity for an Educator to take on such state level leadership roles?
