*The Lost Southern Chefs: A History of Commercial Dining in the Nineteenth-Century South by Robert F. Moss

If you would like to read and review either of these lovely books, please send me an email with the address you'd like me to send them to, and I'll pop them in the mail to you this week. Public librarians, we'd love to have you all take books for review, too. There's room for everyone to participate.
