The Pellissippi State Libraries are accepting applications and nominations for the position of Magnolia Campus Librarian. The overall purpose of the job is to supervise library staff and provide library services to students, faculty, and staff on the Magnolia Campus. The Campus Librarian participates collaboratively with librarian colleagues, college faculty, and campus staff to promote and provide circulation services; research assistance services to students, faculty, staff and community members in-person or remotely (via online chat, phone, email or other methods); collaborates with librarians and other faculty to develop, promote, and provide library instruction and information literacy; and participates in collection development for print and electronic materials. This position is responsible for coordinating student engagement at all Pellissippi library locations. This position serves as a part of the campus administrative team and/or represents the Magnolia Campus Dean as requested.
