The most competitive applicants will have:

• Acumen to lead strategic partnerships and discussions to solicit stakeholder input with the ability to lead discussions toward common ground.
• Knowledge and experience of managing complex programs.
• Knowledge, experience, and understanding of the schools and libraries E-rate program.
• Knowledge of the California Teleconnect Fund.
• Knowledge, experience, and understanding of the concepts, principles, and issues relevant to broadband infrastructure, including the physical network opportunities presented by emerging wired and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge, experience, and understanding of the concepts, principles, and issue relevant to digital literacy and programs and services that can increase digital equity in communities
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to concisely summarize complex technical information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with libraries and/or a passion for the critical work libraries do to support and strengthen communities.
