Join us for “Lunch and TEL!”

This monthly webinar series is oriented towards librarians and educators who provide training to their patrons on TEL. A variety of databases will be covered, from those with recent updates (such as World Book Discover) to those which may not be covered extensively in other trainings (such as the Digital Library of Tennessee). In addition to explaining the resource and how to use it, each session will come with supplemental materials to help you train your patrons. There will be six sessions in total from January until June. Each session will take place on the last Tuesday of the month at 12 PM CST/1 PM EST and last about half an hour with time for questions. Registration information for the other webinars can be found at https://tntel.info/content/training-calendar.

The first session is on Transparent Language Online and will be on Tuesday, January 25th.
