Good afternoon!

I am pleased to let you know that assessment feedback reports are now available in the Campus Labs Planning Module<https://utk.campuslabs.com/planning/>!

Annual academic program assessment reports were submitted on September 15. The Assessment Steering Committee, along with trained faculty reviewers, began the meta-assessment process to provide feedback on those reports. We will be sharing these results with the associate deans at their meeting in December and with the deans at their meeting in January.

Your feedback reports can be found along with your Student Learning Outcomes in the planning module, and the report title will include “2020-2021 Review.” Additionally, page 28 of the Guide to Program Assessment<https://sacs.utk.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/59/2021/12/Assessment-Manual-Second-Edition.pdf> shows how to access a printable version of the feedback report. For those who may be new to the process, the feedback reports provide a vital review of each program assessment plan, lauding those areas where you are excelling and recommending strategies for improving the overall assessment process.

Once again, our team of faculty reviewers and Assessment Steering Committee members have completed report reviews and all feedback reports so that they are available before the fall semester wraps. Please take advantage of this early access to read over the feedback soon to assist with assessments being conducted now and in the spring semester.

If you have any questions regarding your feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact the Assessment Steering Committee at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Thank you all for your continued effort in making the assessing and improving of your academic programs a priority for your students and for the University of Tennessee.

Warm regards,

Heather Hartman, Chair
Assessment Steering Committee
