Good Morning Geographers and Sustainers,
Big thank you to UTK Geography grad Jenny Thompson for sending this GIS Analyst<https://jobs.colostate.edu/postings/95868> opportunity in Fort Collins, Colorado at CSU our way. If you apply, let me know. I have a good friend in the Civil Engineering department there.

Be sure to keep an eye on websites like LinkedIn and Indeed for job opportunities. I'm seeing a lot of remote positions posted. As of this morning I saw 13 remote GIS jobs with companies ranging from Meta<https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2803886020/?eBP=JYMBII_JOBS_HOME_ORGANIC&recommendedFlavor=COMPANY_RECRUIT&refId=Wpxz2eM8GGcPMk2xCw3ZWw%3D%3D&trackingId=x2i31bz0CNeBNgRJpO%2BVCA%3D%3D&trk=flagship3_jobs_discovery_jymbii> to Ford Motor Company<https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2798294553/?eBP=JYMBII_JOBS_HOME_ORGANIC&recommendedFlavor=ACTIVELY_HIRING_COMPANY&refId=Wpxz2eM8GGcPMk2xCw3ZWw%3D%3D&trackingId=e0HQcyk6XWGPveJLIua1nQ%3D%3D&trk=flagship3_jobs_discovery_jymbii> to Harbor Freight Tools<https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2793891102/?eBP=JYMBII_JOBS_HOME_ORGANIC&recommendedFlavor=SCHOOL_RECRUIT&refId=Wpxz2eM8GGcPMk2xCw3ZWw%3D%3D&trackingId=wxcbSmB6PRVe9goEgxJHmw%3D%3D&trk=flagship3_jobs_discovery_jymbii>. One thing to keep in mind about remote opportunities is that, yes, they are great because you have just as good a chance at getting that job as anyone else, but that's a two edged sword. You're now competing with a much larger pool of potential applicants. Don't be disappointed if you don't make a lot of progress with these opportunities.
