The GitHub workshop led by Dr. Drew Steen of the UT Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 12:00 – 1:30pm.

This will be an informal, interactive workshop where Dr. Steen will go over preparing data for upload and presentation within GitHub. This free workshop is hosted by the UT One Health Initiative microbiome working group and is open to all. We encourage graduate students to attend. At this time, we cannot guarantee availability of a recording afterwards. Please let us know if you have any questions. 

 

 

Due to a scheduling conflict, the GitHub workshop scheduled for October 5 will have to be postponed. We will send an update when a new date has been chosen.
