Dear Colleagues,

The Assessment Steering Committee would like to give a final reminder that the 2020-2021 programmatic assessment reports will be due on September 15th.  Please note that the September 15th deadline is firm. Because of the structure of our meta-assessment process, review of programmatic reports will begin immediately after the deadline has passed. The reports in the Planning Module on September 16th will be what are reviewed.

Additionally, there is always other help available! We will be offering two virtual help sessions next week for those who need assistance entering information into the Planning Module. These sessions are designed to be “drop-in”, which means attendees can exit the session after their questions are answered. Times, dates, and Zoom links are below:

Outside of the scheduled sessions, Ashley Charsha, Assessment Analyst ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) is available to answer any questions about writing the report. Ashley Browning, Compliance System Coordinator ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>), can answer questions regarding where to enter information within the Planning Module, as well as to troubleshoot any issues in accessing the system. Finally, either Ashley is available to look over your report once it is entered into the Planning Module in order to determine if there is any missing information.
