Please consider the following nominations for the STC-ETC 2021-2022 Board and cast your vote via this Survey Monkey link by Friday, 8/6. "No reply" will be considered approval of the nominees, given that only one nominee is offered for each position.

President 

Emily Huckabay is a technical editor at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where she supports authors in the Nuclear Nonproliferation Division and the Radioisotope Science and Technology Division. She has a master’s of library science from Emporia State University, a master’s of arts from Texas Tech University, and a bachelor’s of arts from Louisiana Tech University. She served as vice president of STC-ETC during the 2020–2021 term. 

Vice President 

John Batson is a technical editor at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he supports the Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division. He is the lead documentation maintainer for the SCALE nuclear modeling and simulation code system and specializes in LaTeX and collaborative software tools. 

Secretary 

Adam Swift is a young technical communications professional working in the East Tennessee region. He earned his bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and his master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently working as a contract technical writer for a local engineering company and as an independent contract technical editor for the University of Tennessee System. 

Treasurer 

Griffin Judy is an undergraduate student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, majoring in business analytics and minoring in technical communication.
