Good news from the Paleoenvironmental Change Specialty Group of the American Association of Geographers!
Graduate student Jamie Alumbaugh has won the PhD Student Research Grant competition with her proposal, "A Multiproxy Record from the Ecuadorian Andes Incorporating Ancient Sedimentary DNA Analysis."
The award provides Jamie with some funds to advance her research and with the honor that comes from this type of recognition.
