My name is Katy Wawrzyniec, and I am a current graduate student in the Higher Education Administration Ph.D program here at the University of Tennessee. I am conducting a research study with Dr. Pamela Angelle on the perceived power distance between graduate students (GTAs, GRAs and GAs) and their faculty supervisors. The purpose of the study is to help identify relationship trends between graduate students and their supervisors in various academic disciplines.
