The Board of Directors of Tenn-Share seek a forward-looking, dynamic Executive Director to run a multi-type statewide library consortium.  Tenn-Share serves its member libraries by negotiating discounts, supporting collaborative projects, holding an annual conference and vendor fair, and advocating for libraries. The Executive Director oversees all these activities.  See the full job description below.

The Executive Director is full time, exempt. Salary range $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.

The Tenn-Share office is maintained in the home of the Executive Director; a monthly stipend covers the expense of telephone and Internet access.  There is no expectation of face to face business or meetings in the home.
