As you are all aware, annual academic program assessment reports were submitted on September 15. At that point, the Assessment Steering Committee, along with trained faculty reviewers, began the meta-assessment process to provide feedback on those reports. I am pleased to let you know that all of the feedback reports are now available in the Campus Labs Planning Module. Additionally, we will be sharing these results with associate deans at their meeting in December and with the deans at their meeting in January.
Your feedback report can be found along with your Student Learning Outcomes in the planning module, and it will be titled “2019-2020 Review.” Additionally, Page 31 of the Guide to Program Assessment can help you access a printable version of the feedback report. For those who may be new to the process, these feedback reports provide a vital review of your program assessment plan, lauding those areas where you are excelling and recommending strategies for improving your overall assessment process.
Once again, the team of faculty reviewers and Assessment Steering Committee members have completed your feedback reports and made them available before the end of the fall semester. Please take advantage of this early access to read over the feedback soon to assist with assessments being conducted now and in the spring semester.
Thank you all for your continued effort in making the assessing and improving of your academic programs a priority for your students and for the University of Tennessee.
