Good Morning,


A colleague of mine, is look to add a proactive chat widget onto our library webpage and possibly in our databases. We currently just have a widget that is stationary on the homepage, library guides, and the homepage in our LMS.


We are looking for experiences in using the proactive chat widget. How has it worked for your school? Have you noticed an increase in reference related usage?


Any other thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated,
