Sunset Planning Meeting

Wednesday, December 2^nd, 3:00 pm Eastern

It is said that all good things must come to an end. Since 1944, the East Tennessee Library Association has been an organization for all librarians in East Tennessee, sponsoring 48 Annual Mary Utopia Rothrock lectures, social and service events, and offering countless networking opportunities for East Tennessee Librarians. However, in the past several years, membership, participation and interest in the association has dwindled. A small number of current and former officers and board members have remained, carrying the torch for ETLA.

Given this, it is appropriate now to consider the sunset of the organization. If you would like to be a part of this discussion, please join us on Zoom for this meeting.
