Building access
During normal business hours, employees will have to use their valid ID card to access their building via card reader. If the building does not have a card reader, employees will have use a key to gain access to their building.
Employees who need additional after-hours card reader access need to contact their supervisor and request additional card reader authorization through the access portal at https://webapps.utk.edu/Facilities/AccessRequest2.
The few buildings that have no card access should be accessed by key as normal. If additional employees need key access to these buildings, they should coordinate with someone who has a key or make routine key requests at https://webapps.utk.edu/Facilities/AccessRequest2.

Departmental mail and USPS packages will be handled as it was in the spring and summer. Departments will be responsible for informing Mail Services if they need delivery or if they prefer items be held for pickup.
Direct deliveries from UPS and FedEx to departments will continue unless a department notifies the respective carrier. Departments may also request that shippers send packages in care of UT Mail Services – 2021 Stephenson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996 – and make arrangements to pick up packages from Mail Services at a later time.
