Hi – This is being sent to CCI Faculty, Staff, and Grad Students.

The link in Moira’s email highlighted in yellow (below) will download a PDF. For your convenience, I’ve attached it to this email. It appears that the area in question is sort of in front of Fred Brown Residence Hall.

Also, they are doing a lot of road work over the holidays since students are away from campus. More info here:

Subject: Andy Holt Ave temporary closure for paving, curbs, and a crosswalk

Good morning Getting Around UT friends

I apologize this notice did not go out last week. As the majority of students have left campus, we anticipate a number of construction projects. As we are made aware of these we will convey them individually. We do not anticipate a Getting Around UT until we get ready to start spring semester. Please note the T Bus is on Limited Access during the day and Limited Link at night during break.

Andy Holt Ave temporary closure paving, curbs, crosswalks Nov 30 to Dec 5

The week of November 30th will see sections of Andy Holt Ave paved and a crosswalk and curbs added near the construction for the new Dining Hall.

  1. A section of Andy Holt Ave east of 20th Street (by TRECs) will be paved where utilities were updated.
  2. Intersection of Pat Head Summitt Dr and Andy Holt Ave will be paved, curbs installed and a crosswalk added.

Work is scheduled to end by December 5th.

Happy last day of November!!!!
