Dear Geographers and Sustainers:

If you are interested in the Great Smoky Mountains, you might want to Zoom in to the "SPARKS" event next Thursday afternoon (1-4) for lightning talks (5 slides, 4 minutes max) on various ongoing research projects, including one of mine that has involved current PhD student Mathew Boehm and UT Alum Dr. Chris Underwood.

SPARKS events are arranged by the UT Office of Research and Engagement to help faculty and others (in this case, folks from the park) develop new partnerships to advance research.

Sincerely,

Sally
