You have all probably seen by now that Diane Kelly has been appointed as the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. This is great news for Diane and for the University and we wish her well, even though we are sorry to see her leave SIS. I am serving as Interim Director of SIS and would be glad to talk with each of you as you like. I am adhering to social distancing so I can arrange a zoom session or email always works. In this quick transition and with Covid restrictions, it may be some time before we have any Phd events, but I wanted to let you know I have not forgotten about you and you are always welcome to contact me.
