Hi folks,
Just a quick addition, after you designate Dr. Munoz as the DRC (Dept Review Chair), be sure to designate for the proposal to flow to me as Dept Head (Interim).
I will then sign off next.
I mention all of that because IRB office reports that the incorrect routing of proposals can cause significantly delay in approval.
