Hi and good morning!

Did you know that United for Libraries is having a virtual conference this year? It's a pretty quick turnaround for registration (the conference is August 4-6), but it's free for members, $49 for non-members, of $99 for a full board to register (with registration also providing a year's access to the session recordings).

It looks to have a lot of good topics, including:

Ask, Listen, Plan: Engaged Planning for Trustees, Directors and Other Library Leaders
Communication and Dispute Resolution Strategies for Board Problems
Integrating Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity into Your Board Culture
Working with Friends and Foundations: Playing for the Same Team
Funding Equity: Foundations Creating a Platform for Diverse Library Services
Advocacy and Equity-How Library Boards Can Create Lasting Impact through Compelling Cases and Outreach

If you'd like to check it out for yourself, you can go to: http://www.ala.org/united/events_conferences/virtual/schedule
