Just a reminder that the CARES grant application deadline is Monday, June 15^th.  As per usual, I’ve included the eligible list as well as a copy of the application in case you need it and the Prosys pricing sheet for Chromebooks (which is the state contract vendor).  This doesn’t mean you have to purchase from Prosys, it’s just another place to look at pricing.

 

Please note that for hotspots they will need to have the parental controls turned on in order to comply with CIPA.

Also note that for Chromebooks, they will need to be filtered.  For the libraries within the regions who hadn’t already, I’ve been adding in the cost of Google Admin as a just in case (at $30 per Chromebook).

 

Here’s also a list of libraries that I’ve received applications for.  If your name isn’t on the list, I either haven’t received one from you, or I’ve asked you to resubmit your application as a whole.
