From the UT Department of Political Science, I wanted to call your attention to a course that has just been added for Fall 2020: Race, Ethnicity, and American Politics. The class will be taught by Dr. Leah Christiani (UNC PhD), who is one our new faculty members in political science. More details are in the attached flier. The course is being taught under POLS 410, which is a special topics designation. Please share with any of your students or advisees who might be interested. With the presidential elections to be held this fall, it will certainly be an interesting time to study race in US politics.
