Subject: Listserv: Keeping You Connected During this Unexpected Time
Good afternoon,
Our University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture made the difficult decision to not hold public meetings or events through the end of July. As you might imagine, this was a very complex and challenging decision, but it is in line with
overall University of Tennessee decisions to do summer school by distance and not hold public events on campus during that time. If there is one key message that these decisions send, it is that we value our people most of all- from attendees, to students
and you all as volunteers! We want to keep our people safe now and in the coming weeks and months. We are not just replying on a positive attitude, though, our county EMG coordinators as well as the Master Gardener Workgroup are preparing a summer series of
digital events to bring horticulture education and volunteer connection through the coming months. We invite you to come along for the ride!
All the details are below and on our state website homepage:

We look forward to staying connected for a great summer of distance MG and horticulture content!
Take care and ‘see’ you soon, Natalie
