Dear Friends and Good People  -

I am writing to ask for your help while you may be sheltering in place, working at home.

You are probably familiar with the ALA Libraries Transform initiative at http://www.ilovelibraries.org/librariestransform/about

Years ago, as folks were searching for a clear, succinct, memorable tagline, the phrase “libraries change lives” came along as a descriptor.   The initiative eventually settled on “transform” to describe its work.

For a project we are working on, we were wondering if any libraries you know or work with use the phrase (or variation of the idea that)  “Libraries Change Lives” in their vision, mission, and/or objectives statements.  If so, could you please share those statements with me directly (rather than clog the Listserv): I will compile and distribute list of those received.

Thank you for taking time to consider my request.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
And please, stay healthy, hands washed, etc., etc.  -  Don
