Hi -
Jennifer Cowan Henderson already sent this out to TN-Libraries this morning but I wanted to call out some specific sections on the webinar and add some info about TEL resources!

Just wanted to share this webinar about copyright & fair use as you are trying to figure out what to post online and what you can provide to patrons, students and teachers. Lots practical advice to choose a reasonable lending period/dates to provide access to materials and to document, document and document those decisions. I've highlighted some sections of the webinar that are applicable to questions and concerns I've seen on the listservs!

TEL Resources & Course Packets
I've talked with all our vendors - Gale, World Book, ProQuest and Transparent Language. They are good with using TEL resources in online and physical course packets during this crisis period as they are educational and noncommercial uses. If you have any questions about materials, please feel free to contact me and I can work with our vendors as needed. Please provide ISSN/ISBN if known.

Happy Tuesday!
Andrea
