Good afternoon.

 

There have been lots of questions and lots of conversations in recent weeks about how we will honor our spring 2020 graduates. Attached is a plan detailing the central efforts for our students.

 

The two primary efforts are:

• A mailing to all graduates including a letter from Chancellor Plowman, a printed commencement program, a mortar board and tassel and other gifts from the Alumni program.

 

• College-specific websites with pre-recorded video messages from selected speakers and personalized slides for each graduate that include audio recordings of their names and text highlighting their degree and earned academic honors.

 

There are also a number of additional communications efforts planned to share the stories and celebrate the accomplishments of our outstanding graduates.
