We received a message this morning regarding  the possibility of a longer move to online courses and what to do if the assessments that would have been used to collect data for outcomes assessed this term will not be produced due to the relocation of instruction to online.

 

There are several options:

 

1. Please consider whether an alternate assessment can be used. If so, change the method in the assessment plan.
2. Select a different outcome to assess this term, if that works, and move the original outcome to extended cycle.
3. If no adjustments are feasible, mark the outcome as Extended and place notes explaining that is it due to the move to online.
