Just a final reminder that Form 470 for Funding Year 2020 (Fiscal Year 2020/2021) must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1^st.  This form is available through your portal (https://portal.usac.org/suite/ )

 

As a reminder, this is the first form of the annual cycle.  It sets the stage and deals with generalities – the service your interested in and how many of whatever it is you will need.  If you are going out to bid, this is the form that you would upload your bid documentation.   Please keep in mind that if your service requires a contract, there needs to be some kind of bid documentation uploaded (with cost being the highest scored element in that document).

 

The deadline for Form 471 (the 2^nd form in the cycle - which is when you have chosen and vendor and have firm costs in place) is April 29^th.
