Therefore, on Wednesday afternoon, we will disable the REQUEST feature in OneSearch that allows paging and scan-on-demand requests. Thursday at 4pm will be the last day that physical items can be picked up from Hodges, Pendergrass, and DeVine. We will reflect these changes on the Libraries’ contingency page https://www.lib.utk.edu/contingency/. We are making extraordinary efforts to deliver research materials online to university students, faculty, and staff and are working on getting access to more resources online that weren’t previously available. Thank you for everything you are doing to support our services in an online environment!
