Currently, this is the only site that aggregates cultural heritage materials from across the entire state. While these resources are also available through the Digital Public Library of America (DPLA), the portal focuses exclusively on the approximately 125,000 records shared by Tennessee rather than the full 35 million records available through DPLA. It also features curated topics, like "Winning the Right to Vote", to provide easy entry into the records for both librarians and the public at large. This webinar will highlight the special features and content found within this open access website. In addition, we will provide information on how institutions of all types can contribute to the portal to enhance Tennessee's cultural presence.
